Deposits are non-refundable.
We appreciate your understanding! In case of emergencies, we’re happy to be flexible and put your deposit towards a future event.
Custom designs begin after deposit.
Once your deposit has been received, we will get to work on your event designs and mock-ups (we do not start on any custom designs until a deposit has been received).
