Booking policies

Deposits are non-refundable.

At our discretion, we may happily put the deposit towards a new event date due to an emergency.

Custom designs begin after deposit.

Once your deposit has been received, we will get to work on your event designs and mock-ups (we do not start on any custom designs until a deposit has been received).
